Under Kristian Juaing Dol, the first paper was presented on 15th January 2012 at the first Youth Congress held at BBC Rotlang West. The paper entitled, YOUTH AND TODAY which was presented by Pro. Pastor Zodinsanga. The paper is uploaded below:

THE FIRST YOUTH CONGRESS

For the first time in the history of Bru Baptist Church, a youth congress called Central Kristian Juaing Dol Hamanang Soba Ktor was held at BBC Rotlang West Church (Lunglei District, Mizoram, India) on January 13-15, 2012. 

The Theme of the Congress was Remember Your Creator in the Days of your Youth (Ecclesiastes 12:1)  and Rev. Lalzuitluanga, Executive Secretary, Bru Baptist Church was its Speaker. 

Congress member from different pastorates gathered together in the Congress. In this Congress, a paper presentation was organised and was presented by Probationary Pastor Zodinsanga, BBC KHORANG Editor on YOUTH AND TODAY.

HANDING OVER THE CHARGE

Revd. A. Sangkhuma had been holding the post of Organiser, Central Kristian Juiang Dol since 2009 August till 29th March 2012. On the 29th March 2012 (Thursday) the post, CKJD Organiser was handed over to Pro. Pastor Zodinsanga.

Revd. A. Sangkhuma (The First CKJD Organiser)

Revd. A. Sangkhuma was born in 1982 at Damparengpui, Mamit District, Mizoram (India). His father is Birokumar ang his mother..... He started his education at Damparengpui. He has three brothers and three sisters. He is the eldest. Due to political upheaval in Mizoram, he could not continue his formal education. He is such a person who has strong determination that he went to Kota, Rajasthan in order to study Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) free of cost. He met a fortune that he could study B.Th without any problem there. While studying there at Kota, he had been an incharge of Book Shop Keeper, that shows his truthfullness. After his graduation from Kota, with the help of Rev. KV. Thanga, a Baptist Church of Mizoram pastor he came to know Academy of Integrated Christian Studies (AICS), Aizawl. So, in the year 2005 he joined AICS for Master of Divinity (M.Div). He finished M.Div. programme in the year 2009. Soon after he graduated, he was selected for a Probationary Pastor in the same year under Bru Baptist Church. After serving three years in Probationary Pastor, he was ordained as Minister in the year 2012 at BBC Assembly held at Immanuel Bru Baptist Church, Nghalimlui (Lawngtlai District, Mizoram (India).

 

Under Bru Baptist Church he started his ministry with Accountant and Organiser (CKJD) right after he joined BBC. During his tenure in Organiser (CKJD) many remarkable things have been done - 1) KJD Flag colour was created; 2) The First Youth Congress was organised during his time. 

 

He got married to a beautiful lady by name Miss Lalrinawmi. Now they have two beautiful daughters - Selena Tuiphangti and Elsa Grace Choungsmaiti. At Present, they are looking after BBC Tuipuibari Pastorate since 2012.

Rev. Zodinsanga (2012-2015)

Rev. Zodinsanga took the charge of Central Kristian Juaing Dol Organiser on 29th March 2012. He held the post till March 2015, i.e. one term. He was born in 1983. His parents are Elder Otikumar and Mrs. Rinsangi. His father is one of the foremost Evangelist Teachers among the Bru Community under Baptist Church of Mizoram. He has three sisters and he is next to the eldest. He started his education from his father's school at Nghalimlui and he finished till Class IV from his father's school (but from different places due to transfer of his father). From Class IX till XII he studied at Gov't Higher Secondary School, Lunglei. He studied at St. Anthony's College, Shillong during his Bachelor of Arts from 2003-2006. He finished his graduation with Second Class.

He skipped one year i.e 2006 due to some inconvenience. In the later part of the year 2006 he and his father had discussion on whether he would continue his formal education (Master Degree) or he would study Bachelor of Divinity (BD). At any rate, he wanted to finished Master degree and after that he planned to study BD. Next year (2007) May, he went to Shillong for MA admission at North Eastern Hills University, but unfortunately he was late because he skipped one year. The Head of Department requested him to come next year i.e. 2008 at earliest possible. This rings the bell for him to decide his way. He remember his conversation with his father on his career at home. At last, he realised that failure to get admission for Master programme would be the calling of GOD to serve Him. So, he returned to Mizoram and gave BD entrance examination. By GOD grace, he obtained top 5 position in the entrance test. He started his Theological journey at Academy of Integrated Christian Studies (AICS), Aizawl in the year 2007 September. He graduated Bachelor of Divinity with B+ grade (Second high) in the year 2011. Right after his graduation, he joined Bru Baptist Church on 16th May in the same year as Probationary Pastor.

After he joined BBC, he was attached to the Head Office as to hold different posts. He began his ministry with the posts - Accountant, BBC Khorang Editor, Literature i/c. While taking the charge of CKJD Organiser, he also held the post of Accountant and BBC Khorang Editor (a Monthly News Paper).

Ground Breaking 

Central Kristian Juaing Dol (CKJD) is a Youth Fellowship Organisation of Bru Baptist Church. When the Bru Baptist Church (BBC) was recognized and was inaugurated by the Baptist Church of Mizoram in the year 2009 (May 20), they (BBC) felt the need of empowering the young people of Bru without borders. Just after three months of BBC inauguration, a separate department called Central Kristian Juaing Dol was born on 6th August 2009.

The Purpose

The purpose of the establishment of Kristian Juaing Dol is to shape and prepare the young people in:

a) Striving for the expansion of the Kingdom of God.
b) Spearheading for the sake of Christ and Church.
c) Becoming a good Christian.
d) Useful person in respective locality.
e) Promoting one's culture in line of Christianity. 


6 Points Oath 

For God, Church and People:
Believe in my Strength - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit;
With full submission everyday, i will do His work;
I will strive for the extension of God's Kingdom,
I will involve in every activity of our Church,
I will work for the development of our locality,
I will work in drawing young people and unbelievers unto the feet of God.
